Our client is an organization in the greater Milwaukee area looking for a Human Resources & Office Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of related experience, a team player who is collaborative, approachable and adaptable.

 

The salary range for this position is $60k-75k.

 

The Human Resources & Office Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain company employee management software.
  • Prepare and complete bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
  • Manage benefits and maintain company relationships with insurance brokers.
  • Manage all payroll functions including timecard tracking, paycheck issuance, and tax reporting.
  • Manage new employee onboarding processes as needed.
  • Create and manage job ads, recruit, onboard, train and maintain records.
  • Securely manage all employee files.
  • Coordinate and facilitate record keeping and risk management procedures.
  • Assist the marketing department with planning and coordinating employee events.
  • Coordinate with third-party IT consultants.
  • Manage and maintain office and support staff to administer various activities that support other departments.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office, including managing supplies, equipment and facilities.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and employees as needed.
  • Other duties as needed.

 

The Human Resources & Office Manager will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Associates degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of payroll, HR & office management experience. 5+ years preferred.
  • Experience in construction preferred.
  • Strong Excel and either Paychex or ADP experience highly preferred.
  • Dynamic, charismatic, strong longevity, collaborative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
