Our client is an organization in the Dane County area that’s looking for an HR Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, organized, and who has exceptional communication skills. The salary for this position is $75k – $95k.

 

The HR Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive employee experience, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, including pipeline building and local talent sourcing.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with IT.
  • Provide people leadership and development, including employee reviews, coaching managers, and supporting one-on-ones.
  • Gather, synthesize, and act on employee feedback to inform development plans and engagement strategies.
  • Oversee HRIS systems, including Dayforce onboarding and leading new software implementations.
  • Build and maintain a positive organizational culture through strategic HR initiatives.

 

The HR Manager will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Associate’s degree strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
  • Experience coaching managers, supporting employee relations, and collaborating on talent initiatives.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
