HR Generalist
Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area looking for a Human Resources Generalist. This company Is looking for someone with 2+ years of HR experience, strong attention to detail, and highly organized. This position offers growth opportunities, strong leadership team, and a hybrid work environment.
The pay range for this position is $70k-85k.
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all stages of the talent acquisition process, including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
- Serve as the go-to contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Support the design and execution of performance management programs, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and goal tracking.
- Develop and coordinate internal training programs to support employee development and compliance.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters, including providing support during coaching, corrective action, and disciplinary procedures.
- Facilitate the offboarding process, including documentation, compliance requirements, and conducting exit interviews when needed.
- Support the management of unemployment claims and provide required documentation.
- Administer benefits programs
- Provide guidance during annual open enrollment and help employees understand their benefit options and selections.
- Track and manage workplace injuries, leave of absences, and related documentation, including FMLA, short-term disability, and long-term disability.
- Maintain up-to-date HR documents such as job descriptions, policies, organizational charts, and the employee handbook.
- Contribute to compensation initiatives by conducting market research and supporting pay structure development.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including team meetings, internal communication events, and morale-boosting activities.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Complete and submit necessary compliance reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with HR trends, legal updates, and innovations in workforce management.
- Provide general support to the HR team and assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
The Human Resources Generalist will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field degree preferred
- 2+ years of human resources experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
