Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area looking for a Human Resources Director. This client is looking for someone with 5+ years of HR experience, strong leadership skills and proven expertise in leading change initiatives.

 

The salary range for this position is $100k-140k. +10% bonus.

 

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide hands-on strategic leadership for the human resources department.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand goals, strategy related to staffing, recruiting and retention.
  • Plan, lead, develop and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives to support HR compliance.
  • Director programs such as compensation, benefits, and leave.
  • Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices and management of talent.
  • Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends.
  • Monitor and ensure organizations compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead efficient administration of performance management process.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate risk and insurance programs.
  • Direct, oversee and administer employee benefit programs.
  • Develop and implement departmental budgets.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed.

 

The Human Resources Director will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or closely related field required.
  • 5+ years of human resources experience.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
