HR Director
Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area looking for a Human Resources Director. This client is looking for someone with 5+ years of HR experience, strong leadership skills and proven expertise in leading change initiatives.
The salary range for this position is $100k-140k. +10% bonus.
The Human Resources Director will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide hands-on strategic leadership for the human resources department.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand goals, strategy related to staffing, recruiting and retention.
- Plan, lead, develop and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives to support HR compliance.
- Director programs such as compensation, benefits, and leave.
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices and management of talent.
- Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends.
- Monitor and ensure organizations compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Lead efficient administration of performance management process.
- Plan, direct and coordinate risk and insurance programs.
- Direct, oversee and administer employee benefit programs.
- Develop and implement departmental budgets.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
The Human Resources Director will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or closely related field required.
- 5+ years of human resources experience.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
