HR Coordinator (Long-Term Contract)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee candidate scheduling, travel, and logistics, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Coordinate interviews, manage preboarding tasks (background checks, drug screens), and maintain accurate ATS data.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders, delivering branded messaging and timely updates.
- Build reports and metrics to guide recruitment strategies and implement process improvements using data-driven insights.
- Automate and enhance recruitment processes with technology, ensuring efficiency in scheduling and communication.
- Manage recruitment events, vendor relationships, and temporary/contract hiring efforts.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain confidentiality, and lead talent acquisition projects.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
- At least 6 months to a year of relevant business experience preferably in the HR or Talent space.
- Experience with WorkDay or another HRIS or ATS is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
