Our client is an organization in the Racine County area that’s looking for an FP&A Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 7+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and has excellent leadership skills. This company offers flexibility, a collaborative team, and competitive benefits. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $130k – $165k.

 

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with IT to evaluate long-term investments and assess financial statement impact
  • Lead annual budgeting process, including operating and capital expenditures
  • Own forecasting, month-end analysis, and variance reporting to support decision-making
  • Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize spend
  • Develop and maintain financial models for multi-year planning and investment analysis
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards
  • Operate as a hands-on individual contributor, managing end-to-end FP&A responsibilities

 

The FP&A Manager will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 7+ years of progressive experience
  • Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and operational controlling
  • A process and data-driven professional with the ability to think critically and translate complex data for various audiences.
  • A disciplined, trustworthy, and self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently with limited direction.
