Our client is an organization in the greater Milwaukee area looking for a Financial Operations Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of related experience, leadership experience, and strong attention to detail. The salary range for this position is $75k-90k +bonus.

 

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budget, forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Complete daily financial operations including bank and client transaction postings, book to cash and reconcilements.
  • Execute financial transactions ensuring compliance.
  • Complete monthly financial operations activities.
  • Assis with data analysis, reporting and recommendations.
  • Manage the team effectively and lead with integrity.
  • Other duties and projects assigned.

 

The Financial Operations Manager will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
  • 3+ years of financial/treasury operations.
  • CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
