Financial Accountant
Our client is an organization in the Minneapolis area looking for a Financial Accountant. Our client is looking for someone with 1+ years of experience, organized, and has excellent interpersonal skills. The salary for this position is $70k – $80k.
The Financial Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports.
- Financial analysis, operations, consulting, analytics, forecasting and budgeting for various entities/individuals.
- Prepares business performance summary information and other statistical reporting as needed.
- Ensure adherence to tax guidance, regulations, and record-retention for accounting and reporting.
- Performs cash flow and expense management to improve business results.
- Assists with accounts payable and treasury processes for various entities.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Financial Accountant will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent. CPA preferred.
- Team-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
