Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area looking for a Finance Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, driven, and has excellent interpersonal skills. This company offers a dedicated team, positive workplace culture, and flexibility. This position is onsite.

 

The salary for this position is $115k.

 

The Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review monthly reports of P&L results, forecasts, budget and assist with strategic planning.
  • Prepare and enter standard general journal entries for month end closing activities.
  • Work within ERP system to input, manage, analyze, and extract data for various reports.
  • Monitor inventory costing variances caused by daily transactions.
  • Support management team with ad hoc financial analyses as requested.
  • Develop annual budgets.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

 

The Finance Manager will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
  • 5+ years of finance and accounting experience.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Strong ERP background in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of cost accounting, FIFO inventory, and GAAP accounting principles.
  • Strong time management skills.
