Finance Director
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Finance Director. Our client is looking for someone with 8+ years of experience, highly detailed and proven experience mentoring a high-performance finance team.
The salary range for this position is $150k-180k +bonus.
The Finance Director will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting and planning.
- Lead financial analysis and monthly forecasting including reporting to lenders to support borrowing needs.
- Oversee preparation of internal and external financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear communication to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Corporate teams to provide insights on cost management, working capital, and growth initiatives.
- Build and strengthen FP&A capabilities, establishing scalable processes and systems to support continued company growth.
- Mentor, coach, and directly supervise the Finance Manager while supporting the oversight and development of the Financial Analyst.
- Partner with the Corporate Controller and CFO on strategic projects, M&A evaluations, and executive-level reporting.
- Ad hoc projects as needed
The Finance Director will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- 8+ years of related experience
- Background in manufacturing or industrial business is strongly preferred.
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Experience managing a high performing finance team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
