Responsibilities
- Monitor overdue accounts and complete follow-ups.
- Contact clients by phone, email, or mail regarding outstanding invoices.
- Process payments and update customer accounts accurately.
- Maintain documentation of all communications and collection activity.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining customer accounts and payment plans.
- Resolve billing or payment inquiries to maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting to resolve issues.
- Review credit hold reports and identify potential collection challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Clear communication and basic negotiation skills
- Comfortable with basic math
- Solid written communication skills
