Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Business Procurement Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, who has excellent interpersonal skills, and is detail oriented. This company offers a great work/life balance, fun office perks/events, and competitive benefits. This position is onsite.

 

The salary for this position is $75k – $90k.

 

The Business Procurement Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive positive changes in business processes and standard operating procedures
  • Listen to and understand stakeholder needs and requirements for project deliverables
  • Navigate culture to develop working relationships with stakeholders/project team
  • Challenge “status quo” beliefs and foster a culture of continuous improvement mindset
  • Work in complex and demanding environments to drive towards objective
  • Create and build documentation of business process maps that can be used to develop intelligent automation solutions
  • Perform other duties and projects as needed

 

The Business Procurement Analyst will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement and solution delivery
  • Prior experience with an enterprise ERP (prior experience with YARDI a large plus)
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
