Associate Manager
Our client is an organization in the Racine County area that’s looking for an Associate Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, analytical, and has excellent leadership skills. The salary for this position is $100K – $135K
The Associate Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure accurate product cost development and support budgeting activities using standardized costing methods.
- Oversee month-end close tasks and cost-of-sales variance analysis, identifying and communicating key issues.
- Coordinate monthly supply chain forecasting by gathering inputs and projecting key cost drivers.
- Reconcile inventory, investigate variances, and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy.
- Analyze monthly cost-of-sales results against forecasts, explain variance drivers, and support issue resolution.
- Support profit reconciliation and margin improvement initiatives, including cost-saving analysis and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
The Associate Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, CPA preferred.
- 4+ years of related experience.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and turn results into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience with SAP/S4Hana, Business Warehouse (BW), and Business Planning and Consolidation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and contend with a wide range and complexity of business problems.
