Associate Analyst
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for an Associate Analyst. This company is looking for someone with 1+ years of experience, analytical, and independent. This company provides a collaborative team, room for growth & development, and competitive benefits. This position is hybrid.
The salary for this job is $60k – $80k.
The Associate Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with financial closings, analyze data, and prepare and enter journal entries.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Prepare internal and external financial reports.
- Provide back up and rotation of responsibilities and maintain complex spreadsheets.
- Participate in the annual budget and forecast process, conduct variance analysis.
- Assist with other duties or projects as assigned.
The Associate Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business degree.
- 1+ years of related experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Excellent communication with strong analytical, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
