Our client is an organization in the Madison area looking for an Accounting & Administrative Director. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, strategic thinker and high attention to details.

 

The salary range for this position is $90k-120k.

 

The Accounting & Administrative Director will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete month close process after month end by preparing consolidated financial reports.
  • Manage monthly performance and KPI reporting.
  • Provide financial information for decision making when needed.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll.
  • Manage all accounting aspects of ERP system.
  • Oversee AR & AP functions.
  • Review and analyze data as needed.
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
  • Monitor, review and oversee contracts.
  • Work on special projects as needed.
  • Actively participate on the management team.
  • Other duties as needed.

 

The Accounting & Administrative Director will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of strong accounting experience
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Well organized, detail oriented and accurate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
