Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for an Accountant. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, organized, and has high attention to detail. This company offers flexibility, a collaborative culture, and professional growth & development opportunities. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $55K – $60K.

 

The Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage operating and capital budgets and monitor key operating expenses.
  • Process payroll and vendor payments accurately and on time.
  • Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Track capital projects and major improvements against budget.
  • Consolidate multi-entity reporting and monitor cash flow.
  • Work with CPAs, tax and insurance partners while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Support cross-functional projects focused on operational efficiency, financial reporting enhancements, and system improvements.

 

The Accountant will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and maintains strict confidentiality.
