Payroll Administrator
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Payroll Administrator. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of full cycle payroll experience, multi-state payroll experience, and high attention to detail.
The salary range for this position is $30-35/hr.
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all aspects of employee payroll
- Process payrolls include bonuses, interim, and year-end adjustments.
- Process year-end tax reports.
- Research and resolve questions regarding payroll processing.
- Analyze payroll accruals and build reports.
- Verify federal, state, and local tax reports.
- Prepare workers’ compensation reports.
- Maintain I-9s, compliance and employment verification.
- Additional general duties and special projects as requested/assigned.
The Payroll Administrator will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration or related field.
- 4+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Multi-state payroll experience required.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
