Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area that’s looking for an Talent Acquisition Partner. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, analytical, and who has strong interpersonal skills. This company offers high visibility, competitive benefits, and a strong, tenured team. This position is onsite.

 

The salary for this position is $95K – $105K

 

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Design and implement talent development programs to strengthen employee capabilities and support long-term growth
  • Lead succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential talent and building robust leadership pipelines
  • Collaborate with managers to create and execute individualized development plans for high-performing and high-potential employees
  • Support compliance and training initiatives by ensuring adherence to employment laws, company policies, and best practices
  • Utilize data and recruiting metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in talent strategies

 

The Talent Acquisition Partner will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 5+ years of talent development experience
  • Confident engaging with leadership and pushing development conversations
  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience with succession planning and manager coaching
  • Exposure to EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) preferred
  • Limited travel as needed
