Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll assistance.
- Process incoming payments through various methods including electronic transfers, credit cards, and checks.
- Assist with invoicing and ensure accurate and timely billing across departments.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor accounts.
- Prepare deposits and help maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports and related account analysis.
- Provide support for audit preparation, including benefits and retirement plan audits.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and accounting procedures.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the accounting team as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 0–4 years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
