FP&A Manager
Our client is an organization in the Ozaukee County area that’s looking for a FP&A Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and an inquisitive mindset. The salary for this position is $120k – $165k.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead enterprise-wide FP&A processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making
- Consolidate financial results across business units and deliver executive-level reporting
- Partner with corporate leaders to analyze performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Standardize templates and reporting tools to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes to adapt to evolving business needs
- Influence the development of driver-based forecasting and planning methodologies
- Mentor and develop junior finance talent, building a strong pipeline of future leaders
The FP&A Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience; manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI/reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for distilling complex data into insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Familiarity with ERP and planning tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan)
