Our client is an organization in the Madison area looking for a Recruiter. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of HR experience, bilingual in English and Spanish, and high attention to detail. This company offers growth opportunities, community involvement and hybrid work environment.

 

The salary for this position is $70k-$80k.

 

The Recruiter will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages the full recruitment lifecycle for new employees, from initial sourcing through onboarding.
  • Oversees job postings and recruitment advertising.
  • Reviews and evaluates applications to identify top candidates.
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews while ensuring adherence to established recruiting standards and best practices.
  • Supports and participates in interviews alongside hiring managers as needed.
  • Works with Account Managers during the offer stage to recommend compensation ranges, start dates, and related details.
  • Delivers comprehensive onboarding and orientation for newly hired employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

The Recruiter will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR experience.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to skills, experience level, and overall qualifications. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
