Our client is a company in the Green Bay area looking for an Accounting Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of accounting experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary range for this position is $110k-130k + bonus

 

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the organization’s financial operations and lead the accounting team.
  • Develop and update financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage and oversee daily operations including; month-end and year end, general ledger, accounts payable/purchasing, payroll and benefits, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts, annual budgets and strategic financial recommendations.
  • Maintain internal controls and financial assets.
  • Develop and implement systems for analyzing, collecting, verifying and reporting financial information.
  • Ad hoc project as needed.

 

The Accounting Manager will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Payroll experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detailed orientated, and a problem solver.
