Accounting Manager
Our client is a company in the Green Bay area looking for an Accounting Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of accounting experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position is hybrid.
The salary range for this position is $110k-130k + bonus
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the organization’s financial operations and lead the accounting team.
- Develop and update financial policies and procedures.
- Manage and oversee daily operations including; month-end and year end, general ledger, accounts payable/purchasing, payroll and benefits, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and present financial forecasts, annual budgets and strategic financial recommendations.
- Maintain internal controls and financial assets.
- Develop and implement systems for analyzing, collecting, verifying and reporting financial information.
- Ad hoc project as needed.
The Accounting Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- CPA preferred.
- Payroll experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detailed orientated, and a problem solver.
