Our global manufacturing client is seeking a temporary FP&A Analyst to support three small business units during an FMLA leave through year-end. We’re seeking someone with at least three years of financial analysis and accounting experience. Experience with cost and SAP are a plus. This position is hybrid with two days WFH, two days at the New Berlin office and one day in downtown Milwaukee. Please apply for immediate consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and analysis for assigned business units.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Reconcile accounts and review journal entries.
  • Prepare variance analyses and build/maintain basic financial models.
  • Maintain recurring reports and dashboards in Excel.
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from the Finance Director or Controller.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
  • Intermediate Excel skills required; SAP experience a plus.
  • Cost accounting experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
