Our client, south of Madison WI is looking for a part time Accounts Payable Specialist.

– 20-30 hours per week

Full cycle Accounts Payable:

-Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy in coding to appropriate manufacturing cost centers and adherence to company policies.

-Reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely payments.

-Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and production teams to match POs with receipts and resolve any three-way match issues.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Work Location: In person
