Senior Financial Analyst Consolidations
Our client is an organization in the Anoka County area looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, global consolidation experience, and excellent collaboration skills. The salary for this position is up to $110k.
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the global month-end consolidation process including data load, reconciliation, and finalization of worldwide consolidated results in compliance with GAAP.
- Lead consolidation procedures by partnering with regional finance teams to ensure accuracy in intercompany transaction reporting and eliminations.
- Prepare and deliver financial reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders, including the board of directors, auditors, tax advisors, statutory filings, and standalone entity reports.
- Manage pro-forma accounting adjustments and addbacks for board and bank reporting requirements.
- Act as primary liaison to global finance teams and process owners, ensuring strong communication and alignment across regions.
- Provide ongoing support for FCCS, including issue identification, resolution, reporting, and analysis.
- Maintain training documentation and deliver FCCS training for new hires, contractors, and employees transitioning roles.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of additional Oracle EPM applications (ARCS, Narrative Reporting, EDMCS).
- Oversee internal controls related to financial reporting, identifying risks and recommending process improvements.
- Support annual financial audits and respond to auditor inquiries.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Global consolidation experience required.
- Experience working in foreign entities.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
