Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis. Our client is looking for someone with 6+ years of relevant experience, SEC experience and CPA.
The salary range for this position is $140-150k +bonus.
The Senior Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mange a team for monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
- Own the corporate general ledger and ensure accuracy of all accounting activities.
- Direct the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements.
- Supervise the preparation of SEC regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of board of director meetings.
- Act as key contact for external audits.
- Collaborate with Tax, Treasury and operational finance teams to ensure accuracy across financial reporting.
- Mentor, coach and develop team members.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
The Senior Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or closely related field.
- 6+ years of accounting and finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting and internal controls.
- CPA certification is strongly preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
