Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis. Our client is looking for someone with 6+ years of relevant experience, SEC experience and CPA.

 

The salary range for this position is $140-150k +bonus.

 

The Senior Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and mange a team for monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
  • Own the corporate general ledger and ensure accuracy of all accounting activities.
  • Direct the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements.
  • Supervise the preparation of SEC regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of board of director meetings.
  • Act as key contact for external audits.
  • Collaborate with Tax, Treasury and operational finance teams to ensure accuracy across financial reporting.
  • Mentor, coach and develop team members.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed.

 

The Senior Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or closely related field.
  • 6+ years of accounting and finance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting and internal controls.
  • CPA certification is strongly preferred.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
