Treasury Manager/Senior Treasury Analyst
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Treasury Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is detail oriented. This company offers a great work/life balance, high visibility, and flexibility. This position is hybrid.
The salary for this position is $100k – $140k.
The Treasury Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and analyze the company’s daily cash position to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs; coordinate short-term borrowing and investments as needed.
- Invest surplus cash in line with corporate investment policies to optimize returns and maintain global liquidity.
- Partner with and work closely with the shared services treasury team to support daily cash management activities.
- Streamline the global banking structure by consolidating accounts and reducing the number of banking partners to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Manage intercompany loan agreements, including implementation, repayment, and settlement of both short-term and long-term loans.
- Perform other duties and projects as needed.
The Treasury Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 + years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance.
- CPA certification is preferred.
- Strong financial accounting and analytical skills.
- Experience with foreign exchange planning and hedging instruments is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP, OneStream, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace is preferred.
