Our client is an organization in the Racine County area looking for an Accounting Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, analytical, and who has strong interpersonal skills. This company offers a collaborative culture, competitive benefits, and high visibility. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $110k – $130k.

 

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and mentor accounting staff and monitor performances.
  • Manage certain month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Interface with internal and external auditors on quarterly reviews and year-end audit.
  • Responsible for segregation of duties compliance.
  • SAP system master data maintenance and control over accounting periods.
  • Process owner for certain global finance standard practices.
  • Assist with Global financial statement consolidation and elimination process, as well as cash flows preparation and analysis.
  • Assist with various P/L and balance sheet analysis and reviews.

 

The Accounting Manager will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting required, CPA is preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience required, previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and Excel skills.
  • SAP/HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) software skills a plus.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
