FP&A Manager
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for an FP&A Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong business acumen. The salary for this position is $120k – $140k.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support monthly operating reviews, annual operating plans and long-range plans; collaborate with teams to optimize and streamline processes.
- Assist with accurate and timely consolidation of financial results, KPI reporting, and financial analysis.
- Help prepare executive and board reporting requirements.
- Leverage analytical skills and system knowledge to organize and harness large amounts of data.
- Gather and analyze information to help identify P&L and working capital trends.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide support on strategic projects such as capital spend allocations, cash flow projections, and M&A activity.
- Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization to ensure expectations, timelines, and finance deliverables are consistently understood and completed.
- Support internal control processes to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and accounting policies.
The FP&A Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. MBA and/or CPA a plus.
- 5+ years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
