Responsibilities:

  • Manages internal and external job postings
  • Reviews applications for entry-level and non-exempt positions; conducts and/or schedules preliminary interviews
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Process weekly payroll 
  • Assists with the administration of employee benefits
  • Plans and supports company-wide information meetings

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a full HR role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Immediate availability
