Our client, fast-growing real estate organization, is looking to add a motivated Financial Analyst to its team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a tight-knit, high-impact finance group supporting a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. Work arrangements: Chicago, IL (Hybrid, Remote Mondays & Fridays)
Salary range: $75,000–$85,000 base + competitive bonus

Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and dynamic financial models
- Perform deep-dive variance analyses and deliver insights on key performance drivers
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI to support executive-level decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Investments, Asset Management, and Construction to analyze capital expenditures and commitments
- Contribute to earnings preparation and investor-facing deliverables
- Support high-impact initiatives with ad hoc analysis and modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- 2–3 years of experience in FP&A
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is a big plus
- Real estate experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders
- A collaborative attitude with a humble, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
