Our client is an organization in the Minneapolis area that’s looking for an Associate. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, organized, and motivated. This company offers a down-to-earth culture, a collaborative team, and fun office events & perks. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $90k + bonus.

 

The Associate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and resolve data integrity reconciliations with external parties.
  • Verify that accounting records are complete and accurate through review and approval of monthly activity reports.
  • Coordinate the consolidation of financial and investment data.
  • Assist with necessary investment cash flow details.
  • Deliver accounting and investment data analytics to internal teams.
  • Support process changes and automation.
  • Additional ad hoc projects as assigned.

 

The Associate will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience. Financial services or private credit background is a plus.
  • Exceptional Excel skills as well as proficiency across all Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Tenacious self-starter, with strong execution and ability to follow through.
