Our client is an organization in the Minneapolis area looking for an AP Accounting Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, a team player, and organized. The salary for this position is $60k – $75k

 

The AP Accounting Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review invoices and approve related fund allocations in expense allocation system.
  • Prepare quarterly fund expense allocation templates and upload them into expense allocation system upon approval.
  • Participate in invoice improvement working group.
  • Maintain master listing of vendors and related allocation methodology.
  • Attend weekly vendor calls to discuss system enhancements.
  • Input reference data into expense allocation system to be utilized in investment expense allocations.
  • Other duties as needed.

 

The AP Accounting Analyst will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 4-year degree in Accounting preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of A/P or accounting experience, preferably with a fund manager/administrator.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency across all Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
