The Client Account Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, communication, and service excellence.
- Gain deep understanding of client goals and financial objectives to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal financial, investment, and tax experts to develop customized solutions.
- Communicate tailored strategies and recommendations directly to clients with clarity and professionalism.
- Oversee the client experience, ensuring all needs are met in a timely and proactive manner.
- Monitor account activity, performance, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Identify opportunities for additional services or enhancements based on client needs.
- Perform other duties as needed.
The Client Account Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
- 3+ years of tax accounting experience.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detailed orientated, and a problem solver.
