Our client is a company in the Minneapolis area looking for a Client Account Manager. This company is looking for someone with 3+ years of tax experience, strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills. The starting salary range for this position is $80k +bonus

The Client Account Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, communication, and service excellence.
  • Gain deep understanding of client goals and financial objectives to inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with internal financial, investment, and tax experts to develop customized solutions.
  • Communicate tailored strategies and recommendations directly to clients with clarity and professionalism.
  • Oversee the client experience, ensuring all needs are met in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Monitor account activity, performance, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or enhancements based on client needs.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

The Client Account Manager will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
  • 3+ years of tax accounting experience.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detailed orientated, and a problem solver.
