Accounting & Finance Manager
Our client is an organization in the greater Milwaukee area looking for an Accounting & Finance Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of related experience, analytical, and leadership skills. This opportunity is for a great small company culture that has strong employee engagement in a laid-back environment.
The salary range for this position is $100k-115k.
The Accounting & Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budget, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Oversee preparation of financial statements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to accounting and purchasing teams.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business strategies and decisions.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to analyze and control production costs.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Other duties and projects assigned.
The Accounting & Finance Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- 4+ years of accounting/finance experience.
- CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
