Our client is an organization in the Rock County area looking for an FP&A Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, driven, and analytical. This company offers visibility, a collaborative team, and flexibility. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $110k – $130k.

 

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage the annual budget, including revenue and expense projections, and create regular forecasts to monitor performance against targets.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategic plans to evaluate potential business decisions.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct variance analysis to understand deviations from budget and forecast.
  • Manage and develop a team of financial analysts, assigning tasks and providing guidance on financial analysis techniques.
  • Create and present financial reports with clear, data-driven insights.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

The FP&A Manager will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Driven and results oriented.
