Director of Operations
Our client is an organization in the greater Milwaukee area looking for a Director of Operations. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of strong project management experience, process improvement mindset, and a team player. The salary range for this position is $90-100k.
The Director of Operations will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day operations of key teams, ensuring operational efficiency and driving continuous improvements.
- Collaborat3e closely with department heads and business partners to streamline operations and establish best practices.
- Lead and mentor payroll specialists, development teams and client support specialists.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects across the operations teams.
- Identify, recommend and implement improvements to internal processes to drive efficiency.
- Monitor and assess operational performance metrics for each department under your oversight, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Ensure payroll, development and client support teams deliver exceptional service to internal teams and non-profit clients.
- Other duties and projects assigned.
The Director of Operations will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in business or closely related field.
- 3+ years of project management or in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and experience in non-profit sectors.
- Excell problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
