Finance Director
Our client is an organization in the Dane County area looking for a Finance Director. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, driven, and has excellent interpersonal skills. This company offers a dedicated team, laid back atmosphere, and flexibility. This position is onsite.
The salary for this position is $80k – $120k.
The Finance Director will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate financial reports regarding projections, growth, and operational efficiency.
- Support the financial department in all responsibilities, assisting with day-to-day financial operations such as 401[k), payments, reports, and banking.
- Oversee the IT department and manage overall IT contractors or personnel.
- Collaborate with HR representatives to address HR issues and assist with Insurance, 401(k), etc.
- Maintain regular communication with other departments regarding projects and set sales goals.
- Assist with organizing company outings and special events.
- Conduct special projects and assist other departments, as needed.
The Finance Director will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, portraying a high degree of professionalism.
- Previous experience working in the construction industry preferred.
