Our client is looking for a temp-to-hire Property Accountant to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone to work for a well known company in the Madison area. This role can be hybrid after training is completed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and allocate asset records, ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Make general ledger entries in the ERP system
  • Prepare and reconcile billings for property damage
  • Track fixed assets and depreciations

 

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Fixed asset depreciation and reconciliation experience highly preferred
  • 1-3 years’ of experience in an accounting position
  • Strong attention to detail
