Accounts Receivable Specialist
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Our client is looking for someone with 1+ years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and detail oriented. The salary for this position is $50k – $65k.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices and statements in alignment with client agreements and contract terms.
- Monitor, maintain, and reconcile accounts receivable balances.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries about invoices and payments.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Identify and resolve billing and payment discrepancies to avoid delays.
- Perform other duties as needed.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1+ years of related experience.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
