Our client is an organization in the Minneapolis area looking for a Senior Auditor. This client is looking for someone with 4+ years of related experience, strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

 

The Senior Auditor will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead financial, operational and compliance audits and reviews.
  • Lead internal audit projects including; identifying risks, perform audit planning and scoping, execute and document business processes, report and present findings.
  • Collect and interpret data, identifying patterns and trends in data sets.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the audit team, including providing support and coaching.
  • Support continuous improvement of the audit practice through learning and development opportunities.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed.

 

The Senior Auditor will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • Preferred CPA or CIA certification.
  • Experience building new capabilities for data analytics or automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent detail and organizational skills.
