Business Unit Controller
Our client is a rapidly growing and sustainable organization seeking a Business Unit Controller to lead multiple plant operations. In this role, you’ll manage finance, cost accounting, inventory, and reporting for a $300M plant. Responsibilities:
- Providing financial analysis and guidance for the plant manager and leadership teams
- Periodic forecasting and capital projects
- Work with plant manager to conceive, analyze, and drive to completion all profit overachievement opportunities
- Period end activities for operations
- Report on monthly plant performance/variances to all business partners
- Serve as key member of leadership teams at the facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
- 5+ years of cost accounting and financial analysis in a manufacturing environment required
- Ability to communicate and influence with stakeholders and senior executives with conviction and empathy
