Transaction Coordinator
Our client is a premier real estate company that is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to join their team. They are looking for someone who is very organized with great communication skills. The company boasts a team-oriented culture, great work/life balance, beautiful new offices, and significant opportunity for advancement throughout the organization. This position is currently working a hybrid schedule in the Greater Milwaukee area.
The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with key elements of disposition, acquisition, leasing and financing transactions, including due diligence, closing document preparation and closing logistics.

Assist Capital Markets team with documentation, sourcing, and closing of permanent and construction financings.

Create and maintain a lender database that profiles lenders within the marketplace.

Maintain sourcing logs for all debt execution and drive procurement processes from the creation of financing packages.

Assist in managing and driving loan assumption processes in connection to the monetization of investments.

Assist and oversee various development projects as needed.

Negotiate purchase and sales agreements with counsels, both internal and external.

Prepare real estate closing packages and review the closing statements
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Finance

2 or more years of experience working with a real estate firm

Great attention to detail with strong organization skills

Strong communication, both written and verbal

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
