Our client is a wholesale organization in the Beloit area looking for a Tax Accountant. This company is looking for someone with 1+ years of experience, is detailed oriented, and has strong organizational skills. This company offers growth opportunities and a hybrid work environment.

The Tax Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform various aspects of federal and state income tax returns.
  • Prepare quarterly federal, state and local tax payments.
  • Assist with preparation of tax provision.
  • Assist with federal and state income tax audits.
  • Analyze client financial information, assess needs, and determine strategies.
  • Prepare and review financial statements.

The Tax Accountant will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field
  • 1+ years of experience preparing income tax returns.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
