This is a Temporary-to-Hire position.
This is a Hybrid role.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Responsible for inventory accounting
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end account reconciliations with supporting schedules and information
- Participating daily in accounting operations
- Maintaining fixed asset records and calculating and booking depreciation
- Supporting annual audit and tax filings
- Preparing payroll and payroll tax reconciliations to General Ledger
- Identifying issues and insuring timely recording of necessary adjustments
