RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process payroll every two weeks for employees using Paycom.
- Ensure accuracy in employee records, timesheets, and payroll calculations.
- Address any payroll-related inquiries from staff and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Generate and send invoices to clients based on project milestones and services provided.
- Maintain accurate records of invoicing activities and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist with general accounting tasks as needed, ensuring proper documentation and timely invoicing.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure payroll and invoicing processes are aligned with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll and invoicing matters.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- At least 3 years of payroll and invoice processing experience required.
- Experience in Paycom or other payroll processing experience desired.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
