Our client is a wholesale and distribution organization in the Madison area looking for a Director of Finance. This company is looking for someone with 8+ years of FP&A experience, strong interpersonal skills, and is comfortable with ambiguity. The Director of Finance will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Collect, consolidate, analyze, and summarize financial data and trends.
  • Maintain the tax-exempt status of the organization.
  • Conduct and/or arrange for financial audits.
  • Manage and maintain the group Insurance policies.
  • Provide teams and staff regular reports on budget use.
  • Remain up to date on best practices in non-profit finance, business systems and internal control. measures, and state and federal law regarding nonprofit operations.
  • As necessary, conduct stock transactions.

The Director of Finance will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 8+ years of FP&A experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
