The Bookkeeper will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Receive invoices and forward to appropriate persons for approval.
- Receive cash, check, ACH, stock and online contributions.
- Submit weekly contribution statement.
- Enter contributions into database.
- Make cash and check bank deposits.
- Provide contributions statements as needed.
- Enter pledges into system.
The Bookkeeper will possess the following:
- Accounting and/or bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Familiar with financial databases and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
