Assistant Treasurer
Our client is an organization in the greater Milwaukee area looking for an Assistant Treasurer. This company is looking for someone with 8+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and detail oriented. This company offers growth opportunities and flexibility with a hybrid work environment.
The salary range for this position is $160k-220k.
The Assistant Treasurer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage financial risk as it relates to treasury operations.
- Analyze and recommend alternative financial structures.
- Develop and implement cash management operational strategies.
- Monitor and prepare loan covenant compliance.
- Review monthly financial reports.
- Support M&A activity related to treasury functions.
- Oversees all back-office support for in house banking.
- Assist with insurance coverage, real estate management and financing as needed.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
The Assistant Treasurer will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or closely related field required.
- 8+ years’ experience in relevant financial roles.
- CPA or MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
