Our client is an organization in the Greater Milwaukee area looking for an Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with related experience, strong analytical skills, and highly organized.

 

The salary range for this role is $70-100k based on experience and position hired.

 

The Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership, including variance and trend analysis
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Partner cross-functionally to gather data, understand business drivers, and communicate insights
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and efficiency
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and analyses
  • Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and presentations as needed

 

The Analyst will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field
  • 1-3 years of finance experience for analyst
  • 3+ years of finance experience for senior analysts
  • CPA preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
